FAQ

Frequently asked questions

1. Basic purchase information

  1. Can I buy from StockHurt as a private individual?
Yes. Purchases are available both for companies and private individuals. In the case of private customers, we issue a receipt or a personal invoice. You do not need to run a business.
  2. Where is the StockHurt warehouse located?
Our warehouse is located in Skawina near Kraków, in southern Poland. We serve customers from Poland and abroad.
  3. What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is based on weight and starts at 20 kg. We estimate that a 20 kg package contains around 50 items of clothing, as most of our assortment consists of lightweight products such as T-shirts, dresses and trousers. Please note, however, that the final number of pieces depends on the type of goods. In the case of heavier items, such as jackets or winter clothing, a 20 kg package may contain fewer than 50 pieces. If you are unsure, our sales representative will help you estimate the right quantity for your selected assortment. For larger orders over 100 kg, please contact our sales team.
  4. Why do you sell by kilograms instead of by pieces?
Selling by kilograms is the standard in the outlet and stock clothing industry. It allows for:
    • lower unit prices,
    • faster stock turnover,
    • more flexible assortment packaging.

2. Product grades and quality

  1. What is the difference between grades A, B and C?
    • Grade A – new branded products with original tags and no signs of use.
    • Grade B – outlet products, meaning new items that may have minor imperfections, such as a damaged tag or slight signs of in-store display.
    • Grade C/U – used products.

Most of the assortment at StockHurt is Grade B outlet clothing, not used clothing. At the same time, we have recently been expanding our Grade A offer by increasing the share of new premium branded goods with tags for customers looking for the highest-quality assortment.

  2. Is Grade B used clothing?
No. Grade B refers to outlet products, meaning new items with minor defects or signs of display, but not used.
  3. Are the products original?
Yes. The outlet clothing and consumer returns we offer come from legitimate sources, including surplus collections and retail returns. Each batch of goods has commercial documentation, and every purchase is confirmed by a purchase certificate. We sell on the basis of a VAT invoice or receipt. Due to the confidentiality of our contracts and the protection of our partners’ data, we do not publish source documents on the website, but we can provide documentation for review upon individual request.

5. Pallet auctions

  1. How do auctions work?
Auctions at StockHurt mainly concern clothing bundles, and less often entire pallets, due to varying transport costs.
The auction process works as follows:
    • The participant registers and logs in to the platform.
    • They select an auction and place a bid within the specified time period. Each subsequent bid must be higher than the previous one.
    • When the auction ends, the highest bid wins.
    • The winner is informed about the transport cost.
    • After payment, the goods are prepared for collection or shipment.
Detailed auction rules are available in separate regulations on the website: https://stockhurt.com/regulamin-licytacji/
  2. Is bidding safe?
Yes. The system is transparent and the terms are described at https://stockhurt.com/regulamin-licytacji/. If you have additional questions, you can contact our sales team.
  3. What if there are currently no active auctions?
In that case, we invite you to purchase ready-made packages currently available in our offer.
