Privacy Policy

This document, an annex to the Stock-Hurt Sp.k. regulations, operating at Podporucznika Mieczysława Majdzika 13, 32-050 Skawina, sets out the rules for the processing and protection of Clients’ personal data.

User Privacy Protection

User privacy protection is extremely important to Stock-Hurt Sp.k., and we want every Client to know how we process their data. Therefore, we have prepared this Privacy Policy, which describes how we protect and process personal data.

1. COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

We collect data only when provided directly by the user for the purpose of fulfilling a contract, creating a customer account, or establishing contact with the Client.

Personal data, without the explicit consent of the user, is used solely to fulfill the contract and respond to inquiries. After the contract is completed, this data is stored for the period specified by tax and commercial law regulations and deleted from our database after that period.

Based on Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes using email marketing, i.e., receiving commercial information via email or SMS/MMS.

Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR of April 27, 2016. This data is collected when the user subscribes to our Newsletter. We use this data solely for our marketing purposes within our Newsletter. This requires explicit consent, given by the user through the following declaration: “I want to subscribe to the Newsletter.” You can unsubscribe at any time. The user can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the appropriate link provided in the Newsletter or by sending a message with the relevant content to our address. Upon unsubscribing from the Newsletter, the user’s email address will be promptly deleted from our database.

2. DATA CONTROLLER

In accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), we inform you that:

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data we collect is transferred as part of contract fulfillment to:

  • The transport company DPD or ET Logistik, which we have entrusted with the delivery, if required to carry out this delivery.
  • Your payment data is transferred to the designated banking institution for payment processing purposes.

The recipients of your personal data will be entities authorized to obtain personal data under legal provisions, entities providing email marketing services for Stock-Hurt L.P., and entities providing IT support.

The collected and entrusted personal data is stored within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and will not be transferred to third countries (outside this area).

4. CLIENT RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to request from the data controller access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete, or restrict processing, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to data portability. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

5. Effective Date of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy has been in effect since May 23, 2018.

In the future, it may be necessary to update the Privacy Policy. The latest version will always be available on our website. We will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy, such as changes regarding the purposes for which we use your personal data or your rights and the contact details of the Data Protection Officer.
