DEFINITIONS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"382\">The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"2991\">\n<li data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"481\">\n<p data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"481\"><strong data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"404\">Administrator<\/strong> \u2013 the Data Controller as referred to in \u00a712 of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"482\" data-end=\"527\">\n<p data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"527\"><strong data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"494\">Price<\/strong> \u2013 the net price for the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"697\">\n<p data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"697\"><strong data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"546\">Total Price<\/strong> \u2013 the total price for the Goods expressed in Polish zloty (PLN), increased by VAT at the applicable rate and the agreed delivery costs of the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"822\">\n<p data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"822\"><strong data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"718\">Personal Data<\/strong> \u2013 information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person within the meaning of the GDPR.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"1376\">\n<p data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"1376\"><strong data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"838\">Consumer<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person with full legal capacity who concludes a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not directly related to their business or professional activity, as well as a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity when it follows from the content of the contract that it does not have a professional character for them, in particular resulting from the subject of their business activity made available under the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1474\">\n<p data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1474\"><strong data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1391\">Account<\/strong> \u2013 an individual account created on the Platform after registration by the Buyer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1561\">\n<p data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1561\"><strong data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1487\">Buyer<\/strong> \u2013 a Consumer or Entrepreneur with full legal capacity purchasing Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1663\">\n<p data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1663\"><strong data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1576\">Package<\/strong> \u2013 a unit of sale containing Goods with a weight ranging between 20 and 25 kilograms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1767\">\n<p data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1767\"><strong data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1679\">Platform<\/strong> \u2013 the Seller\u2019s website operated at: <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/stockhurt.com\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1764\">https:\/\/stockhurt.com\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1982\">\n<p data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1982\"><strong data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1788\">Entrepreneur<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person, legal person, or an organisational unit without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity, conducting business or professional activity on their own behalf.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"2030\">\n<p data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2030\"><strong data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2011\">Terms and Conditions<\/strong> \u2013 this document.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2364\">\n<p data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2364\"><strong data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2043\">GDPR<\/strong> \u2013 Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 2016, p. 1, as amended).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2669\">\n<p data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2669\"><strong data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2379\">Seller<\/strong> \u2013 the company <em data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2455\">STOCK-HURT Pawe\u0142 \u0141epkowski, Jakub Goryca sp\u00f3\u0142ka komandytowa<\/em> with its registered office in Skawina, at ul. ppor. Mieczys\u0142awa Majdzika 13, 32-050 Skawina, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001007928, NIP (Tax ID): 6772384995, REGON: 36044318700000.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2759\">\n<p data-start=\"2674\" data-end=\"2759\"><strong data-start=\"2674\" data-end=\"2694\">Payment Deadline<\/strong> \u2013 the date by which the Buyer is obliged to pay for the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2760\" data-end=\"2841\">\n<p data-start=\"2764\" data-end=\"2841\"><strong data-start=\"2764\" data-end=\"2773\">Goods<\/strong> \u2013 products offered by the Seller, in particular textile products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2842\" data-end=\"2935\">\n<p data-start=\"2846\" data-end=\"2935\"><strong data-start=\"2846\" data-end=\"2859\">Agreement<\/strong> \u2013 a contract of sale of Goods concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2936\" data-end=\"2991\">\n<p data-start=\"2940\" data-end=\"2991\"><strong data-start=\"2940\" data-end=\"2949\">Order<\/strong> \u2013 an order for Goods placed by the Buyer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"2993\" data-end=\"2996\" \/>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2998\" data-end=\"3023\"><strong>2. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol data-start=\"3025\" data-end=\"3610\">\n<li data-start=\"3025\" data-end=\"3242\">\n<p data-start=\"3028\" data-end=\"3242\">These Terms and Conditions define the rules for concluding the Agreement, purchasing and delivering the Goods, as well as the rules for withdrawal from the Agreement and the submission and handling of complaints.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3243\" data-end=\"3486\">\n<p data-start=\"3246\" data-end=\"3486\">The Terms and Conditions also constitute the terms of providing electronic services within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1513, as amended).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3487\" data-end=\"3610\">\n<p data-start=\"3490\" data-end=\"3610\">Through the Platform, the Seller provides electronic services enabling Buyers to purchase Goods and conclude Agreements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"3612\" data-end=\"3615\" \/>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3617\" data-end=\"3648\"><strong>3. GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol data-start=\"3650\" data-end=\"5138\">\n<li data-start=\"3650\" data-end=\"4081\">\n<p data-start=\"3653\" data-end=\"3788\">To ensure proper and uninterrupted use of the Platform, the device used by the Buyer should meet at least the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3792\" data-end=\"4081\">\n<li data-start=\"3792\" data-end=\"3816\">\n<p data-start=\"3794\" data-end=\"3816\">Internet connection,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3820\" data-end=\"3949\">\n<p data-start=\"3822\" data-end=\"3949\">web browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome) capable of displaying HTML documents (the browser should accept cookies),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3953\" data-end=\"3979\">\n<p data-start=\"3955\" data-end=\"3979\">active e-mail account,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3983\" data-end=\"4081\">\n<p data-start=\"3985\" data-end=\"4081\">computer software allowing the opening of commonly used file formats, particularly text files.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4082\" data-end=\"4167\">\n<p data-start=\"4085\" data-end=\"4167\">The Seller does not provide any of the devices or software referred to in \u00a73(1).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4168\" data-end=\"4451\">\n<p data-start=\"4171\" data-end=\"4451\">The Seller informs that using the Platform, due to data transmission via the public Internet network, entails the risk of potential interference by unauthorised third parties with data transmitted between the Seller and the Buyer and carries other risks typical of the Internet.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4452\" data-end=\"4661\">\n<p data-start=\"4455\" data-end=\"4661\">The Buyer is prohibited from providing content contrary to applicable law or good morals, false or misleading information, or content containing viruses or potentially disrupting or damaging the Platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4662\" data-end=\"4969\">\n<p data-start=\"4665\" data-end=\"4969\">The information presented on the Platform concerning the Goods, including their descriptions and prices, does not constitute an offer but an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code. Such information becomes binding only upon the conclusion of the Agreement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4970\" data-end=\"5138\">\n<p data-start=\"4973\" data-end=\"5138\">The use of the Platform is free of charge for the Buyer. The Buyer bears the costs of Internet connection or data transmission incurred while accessing the Platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"176\" data-end=\"190\"><strong>4. ACCOUNT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol data-start=\"192\" data-end=\"954\">\n<li data-start=\"192\" data-end=\"323\">\n<p data-start=\"195\" data-end=\"323\">In order to place an Order via the Platform, the Buyer is required to have an active Account at the time of placing the Order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"324\" data-end=\"394\">\n<p data-start=\"327\" data-end=\"394\">The Account is personal and may not be shared with other persons.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"573\">\n<p data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"573\">The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration, the security of access credentials, and for all activities performed through the Account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"954\">\n<p data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"695\">To create an Account, the Buyer must truthfully complete all fields required in the registration process, including:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"954\">\n<li data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"742\">\n<p data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"742\">the Buyer\u2019s full name or company name,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"795\">\n<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"795\">the Buyer\u2019s residential or business address,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"879\">\n<p data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"879\">the Buyer\u2019s tax identification number (NIP) \u2013 in the case of Entrepreneurs,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"954\">\n<p data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"954\">the Buyer\u2019s contact details \u2013 telephone number and e-mail address.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"959\" \/>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"973\"><strong>5. GOODS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"2667\">\n<li data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1120\">\n<p data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1120\">The Goods consist of outlet products that may have characteristic features such as a lack of complete information regarding pallet contents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1285\">\n<p data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1285\">The photos and videos of the Goods presented on the Platform are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual Goods included in a given Order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1446\">\n<p data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1446\">The Goods are original and come from lawful sources; however, the Seller is not an official distributor of the brands whose trademarks appear on the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1572\">\n<p data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1572\">The Goods may bear the manufacturer\u2019s original security markings (e.g. clips), which shall not be removed by the Seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"2251\">\n<p data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1634\">The Goods are divided into the following quality grades:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"2251\">\n<li data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1807\">\n<p data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1807\"><strong data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1651\">Grade A<\/strong> \u2013 highest quality Goods, in perfect or very good condition, possibly with minor marks caused by transport or storage; permissible defect ratio up to 10%;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"2031\">\n<p data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"2031\"><strong data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"1824\">Grade B<\/strong> \u2013 Goods in very good or good condition, possibly with individual defects such as missing tags, damaged zippers, light soiling, minor creases, or small signs of use resulting mainly from store display use;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2251\">\n<p data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2251\"><strong data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2048\">Grade C<\/strong> \u2013 lower quality Goods that do not meet full quality standards and may have significant visible defects such as tears, missing buttons, stains, broken zippers, visible signs of wear, or fabric defects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2465\">\n<p data-start=\"2255\" data-end=\"2465\">The Platform provides descriptions of individual Goods. Prices for Goods other than Packages are not listed. To obtain price information, the Buyer may contact the Seller by telephone [\u2026] or by e-mail at [\u2026].<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2466\" data-end=\"2578\">\n<p data-start=\"2469\" data-end=\"2578\">The Seller recommends that the Buyer carefully review the description of the Goods before placing an Order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2579\" data-end=\"2667\">\n<p data-start=\"2582\" data-end=\"2667\">The Seller reserves the right to withdraw individual Goods displayed on the Platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2672\" \/>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2674\" data-end=\"2695\"><strong>6. ORDERING RULES<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol data-start=\"2697\" data-end=\"5065\">\n<li data-start=\"2697\" data-end=\"2784\">\n<p data-start=\"2700\" data-end=\"2784\">Placing an Order requires the Buyer to read and accept these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2785\" data-end=\"2923\">\n<p data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"2811\">Orders may be placed:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"2923\">\n<li data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"2856\">\n<p data-start=\"2817\" data-end=\"2856\">via the Platform \u2013 only for Packages,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2860\" data-end=\"2898\">\n<p data-start=\"2862\" data-end=\"2898\">at the Seller\u2019s registered office,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2902\" data-end=\"2923\">\n<p data-start=\"2904\" data-end=\"2923\">by e-mail at [\u2026].<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2924\" data-end=\"3456\">\n<p data-start=\"2927\" data-end=\"2993\">To place an Order for Packages via the Platform, the Buyer must:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2997\" data-end=\"3456\">\n<li data-start=\"2997\" data-end=\"3025\">\n<p data-start=\"2999\" data-end=\"3025\">log in to their Account,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3029\" data-end=\"3073\">\n<p data-start=\"3031\" data-end=\"3073\">click on the \u201cShop\u201d tab on the Platform,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3077\" data-end=\"3172\">\n<p data-start=\"3079\" data-end=\"3172\">add the Package to the \u201cCart,\u201d where information on the Package and its Price is displayed,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3176\" data-end=\"3297\">\n<p data-start=\"3178\" data-end=\"3297\">provide delivery and billing details; after providing these details, the Total Price will be displayed in the \u201cCart,\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3301\" data-end=\"3381\">\n<p data-start=\"3303\" data-end=\"3381\">confirm the obligation to pay the Total Price and select the payment method,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3385\" data-end=\"3456\">\n<p data-start=\"3387\" data-end=\"3456\">make payment for the Total Price using the selected payment method.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3457\" data-end=\"4123\">\n<p data-start=\"3460\" data-end=\"3530\">To place an Order at the Seller\u2019s registered office, the Buyer must:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3534\" data-end=\"4123\">\n<li data-start=\"3534\" data-end=\"3922\">\n<p data-start=\"3536\" data-end=\"3605\">provide the necessary information to complete the order, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3611\" data-end=\"3922\">\n<li data-start=\"3611\" data-end=\"3642\">\n<p data-start=\"3613\" data-end=\"3642\">quantity and type of Goods,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3648\" data-end=\"3691\">\n<p data-start=\"3650\" data-end=\"3691\">preferred delivery method and location,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3697\" data-end=\"3730\">\n<p data-start=\"3699\" data-end=\"3730\">Buyer\u2019s name or company name,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3736\" data-end=\"3780\">\n<p data-start=\"3738\" data-end=\"3780\">Buyer\u2019s residential or business address,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3786\" data-end=\"3850\">\n<p data-start=\"3788\" data-end=\"3850\">Buyer\u2019s tax identification number (NIP) \u2013 for Entrepreneurs,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3856\" data-end=\"3922\">\n<p data-start=\"3858\" data-end=\"3922\">Buyer\u2019s contact details \u2013 telephone number and e-mail address;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3926\" data-end=\"4012\">\n<p data-start=\"3928\" data-end=\"4012\">accept the Total Price, payment method, and delivery terms proposed by the Seller,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4016\" data-end=\"4063\">\n<p data-start=\"4018\" data-end=\"4063\">receive a VAT invoice issued by the Seller,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4067\" data-end=\"4123\">\n<p data-start=\"4069\" data-end=\"4123\">pay the Total Price upon receipt of the VAT invoice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4124\" data-end=\"4481\">\n<p data-start=\"4127\" data-end=\"4216\">To place an Order by e-mail, telephone, or via communication platforms, the Buyer must:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4220\" data-end=\"4481\">\n<li data-start=\"4220\" data-end=\"4280\">\n<p data-start=\"4222\" data-end=\"4280\">provide the necessary order information (as in point 4),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4284\" data-end=\"4370\">\n<p data-start=\"4286\" data-end=\"4370\">accept the Total Price, payment method, and delivery terms proposed by the Seller,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4374\" data-end=\"4421\">\n<p data-start=\"4376\" data-end=\"4421\">receive a VAT invoice issued by the Seller,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4425\" data-end=\"4481\">\n<p data-start=\"4427\" data-end=\"4481\">pay the Total Price upon receipt of the VAT invoice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4482\" data-end=\"4557\">\n<p data-start=\"4485\" data-end=\"4557\">Placing an Order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4558\" data-end=\"4917\">\n<p data-start=\"4561\" data-end=\"4590\">The Order is deemed placed:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4594\" data-end=\"4917\">\n<li data-start=\"4594\" data-end=\"4713\">\n<p data-start=\"4596\" data-end=\"4713\">for Platform Orders \u2013 when the Buyer confirms the obligation to pay the Total Price and selects the payment method,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4717\" data-end=\"4917\">\n<p data-start=\"4719\" data-end=\"4917\">for Orders placed at the Seller\u2019s office, by e-mail, telephone, or via communication platforms \u2013 when the Buyer accepts the Total Price, payment method, and delivery method proposed by the Seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4918\" data-end=\"5065\">\n<p data-start=\"4921\" data-end=\"5065\">By placing an Order, the Buyer acknowledges their obligation to pay the Total Price for the Goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"5067\" data-end=\"5070\" \/>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"5072\" data-end=\"5106\"><strong>7. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol data-start=\"5108\" data-end=\"6100\">\n<li data-start=\"5108\" data-end=\"5293\">\n<p data-start=\"5111\" data-end=\"5293\">The Seller shall confirm acceptance of the Buyer\u2019s Order within 3 days of its placement via the e-mail address provided during Account registration or in accordance with \u00a76(4)\u2013(5).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5294\" data-end=\"5468\">\n<p data-start=\"5297\" data-end=\"5468\">If the Seller does not confirm the Order within the time specified in point 1, the Order shall be cancelled without the need for additional statements from either Party.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5469\" data-end=\"5761\">\n<p data-start=\"5472\" data-end=\"5761\">The Seller may cancel the Order, in particular in the event of unavailability of the selected Goods. If some items are unavailable, the Seller shall inform the Buyer about the possibility of partial Order fulfilment. The Buyer must confirm acceptance of partial fulfilment within 3 days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5762\" data-end=\"5939\">\n<p data-start=\"5765\" data-end=\"5939\">Upon confirmation of the Order by the Seller under point 1 or confirmation of partial fulfilment by the Buyer under point 3, the Agreement between the Parties is concluded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5940\" data-end=\"6100\">\n<p data-start=\"5943\" data-end=\"6100\">Upon conclusion of the Agreement, the Buyer becomes obliged to pay the Total Price within the Payment Deadline specified in \u00a78 of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"6102\" data-end=\"6105\" \/>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"6107\" data-end=\"6134\"><strong>8. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol data-start=\"6136\" data-end=\"8057\">\n<li data-start=\"6136\" data-end=\"6379\">\n<p data-start=\"6139\" data-end=\"6379\">The Buyer shall pay the Total Price in full by bank transfer to the bank account indicated on the VAT invoice or in the e-mail confirming the Order. The Buyer may bear additional transfer fees according to the terms of their bank account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6380\" data-end=\"6504\">\n<p data-start=\"6383\" data-end=\"6504\">The Payment Deadline shall be indicated on the invoice or in the Order confirmation e-mail but shall not exceed 3 days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6505\" data-end=\"6772\">\n<p data-start=\"6508\" data-end=\"6772\">If the Buyer fails to pay the Total Price within the Payment Deadline, the Seller may withdraw from the Agreement or seek payment together with any ancillary claims. Withdrawal shall be made via e-mail to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6773\" data-end=\"6970\">\n<p data-start=\"6776\" data-end=\"6970\">In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement by the Seller, the Goods covered by that Agreement may be resold, and the Buyer shall have no claims against the Seller regarding its performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6971\" data-end=\"7095\">\n<p data-start=\"6974\" data-end=\"7095\">Time limits set forth in these Terms and Conditions are calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7096\" data-end=\"7372\">\n<p data-start=\"7099\" data-end=\"7240\">Orders are processed within 3 business days from the date the Total Price is credited to the Seller\u2019s bank account. Order fulfilment means:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"7244\" data-end=\"7372\">\n<li data-start=\"7244\" data-end=\"7311\">\n<p data-start=\"7246\" data-end=\"7311\">the release of the Goods to the Buyer (for personal pickup), or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7315\" data-end=\"7372\">\n<p data-start=\"7317\" data-end=\"7372\">handing over the Goods to the carrier (for delivery).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7373\" data-end=\"7532\">\n<p data-start=\"7376\" data-end=\"7413\">Available delivery methods include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"7417\" data-end=\"7532\">\n<li data-start=\"7417\" data-end=\"7466\">\n<p data-start=\"7419\" data-end=\"7466\">personal pickup at the Seller\u2019s warehouse, or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7470\" data-end=\"7532\">\n<p data-start=\"7472\" data-end=\"7532\">delivery to the Buyer via a carrier selected by the Buyer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7533\" data-end=\"7598\">\n<p data-start=\"7536\" data-end=\"7598\">Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and destination.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7599\" data-end=\"7737\">\n<p data-start=\"7602\" data-end=\"7737\">Delivery costs and methods are determined individually, depending on the destination country and total weight of the Goods purchased.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7738\" data-end=\"7873\">\n<p data-start=\"7742\" data-end=\"7873\">The Total Price shall always be presented to the Buyer after selecting the payment and delivery method but before making payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7874\" data-end=\"8057\">\n<p data-start=\"7878\" data-end=\"8057\">The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon delivery to verify their condition and conformity with the Order. In case of damage, a damage report describing the defect must be completed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"169\" data-end=\"193\"><strong>9. CONSUMER RIGHTS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"195\" data-end=\"266\">The following provisions apply exclusively to Buyers who are Consumers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"268\" data-end=\"315\">1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"317\" data-end=\"1609\">\n<li data-start=\"317\" data-end=\"605\">\n<p data-start=\"320\" data-end=\"605\">The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises Agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the Goods, without providing any reason. Detailed information on exercising the right of withdrawal is included in Appendix No. 1 to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"1035\">\n<p data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"1035\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of a clear statement of intent, either by post or by e-mail to the address specified in \u00a712(1) of these Terms and Conditions. The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form attached as Appendix No. 2; however, it is not mandatory. The Seller shall promptly send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement by e-mail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1364\">\n<p data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1364\">In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Seller shall refund all payments received from the Consumer, including the delivery costs of the Goods, except for any additional costs resulting from the Consumer\u2019s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1609\">\n<p data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1609\">The cost of returning the Goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Consumer, unless the return of the Goods in the usual manner is impossible due to their quantity or nature, in which case the cost of transport shall be borne by the Seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1614\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1645\">2. WARRANTY FOR DEFECTS<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"2475\">\n<li data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1879\">\n<p data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1879\">The Seller is liable to the Consumer for defects in the Goods in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code (warranty). The warranty does not cover defects characteristic of the given grade of Goods as described in \u00a75(5).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"2096\">\n<p data-start=\"1883\" data-end=\"1910\">The Consumer may request:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1914\" data-end=\"2096\">\n<li data-start=\"1914\" data-end=\"1939\">\n<p data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1939\">repair of the Goods;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"2001\">\n<p data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"2001\">replacement of the Goods with ones free from defects;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2031\">\n<p data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2031\">a price reduction; or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2096\">\n<p data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2096\">withdrawal from the Agreement if the defect is material.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2097\" data-end=\"2208\">\n<p data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2208\">The Seller shall examine the complaint promptly, but no later than within the time limits provided by law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2209\" data-end=\"2303\">\n<p data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2303\">The warranty period for the Consumer is two years from the date of delivery of the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2304\" data-end=\"2475\">\n<p data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2475\">Upon discovering a defect, the Consumer shall promptly notify the Seller and enable the inspection of the Goods or the determination of how to exercise warranty rights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"2477\" data-end=\"2480\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"2482\" data-end=\"2501\">3. COMPLAINTS<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"2503\" data-end=\"2939\">\n<li data-start=\"2503\" data-end=\"2710\">\n<p data-start=\"2506\" data-end=\"2710\">The Seller enables the Consumer to submit complaints regarding the Goods in a simple and accessible manner \u2013 either by post or by e-mail to the address specified in \u00a712(1) of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2711\" data-end=\"2814\">\n<p data-start=\"2714\" data-end=\"2814\">The Seller shall process complaints within no more than 14 business days from the date of receipt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"2939\">\n<p data-start=\"2818\" data-end=\"2939\">The Seller reserves that the Goods are sold in wholesale quantities, which may result in the lack of complete uniformity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"2941\" data-end=\"2944\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"2946\" data-end=\"2971\">4. JOINT PROVISIONS<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"3825\">\n<li data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"3240\">\n<p data-start=\"2976\" data-end=\"3240\">In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement or acknowledgment of a complaint, the Seller may collect the Goods from the Consumer in person or via a designated carrier\/courier or cover the cost of transport if the Consumer cannot return the Goods independently.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3241\" data-end=\"3587\">\n<p data-start=\"3244\" data-end=\"3587\">The Goods must be returned complete and unchanged, except for changes resulting from normal use necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to determine their characteristics and functionality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3588\" data-end=\"3825\">\n<p data-start=\"3591\" data-end=\"3825\">The refund shall be made no later than 14 days from the date of the decision acknowledging the complaint or withdrawal from the Agreement, provided that the Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the returned or claimed Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"3827\" data-end=\"3830\" \/>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3832\" data-end=\"3861\"><strong>10. ENTREPRENEUR RIGHTS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3863\" data-end=\"3926\">The following provisions apply to Buyers who are Entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3928\" data-end=\"3959\">1. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3961\" data-end=\"4101\">Entrepreneurs are not entitled to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days or to return the Goods under the rules applicable to Consumers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4103\" data-end=\"4120\">2. WARRANTY<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4122\" data-end=\"4197\">The Seller\u2019s liability for defects in the Goods under warranty is excluded.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4199\" data-end=\"4244\">3. LIMITATION OF THE SELLER\u2019S LIABILITY<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"4246\" data-end=\"4474\">\n<li data-start=\"4246\" data-end=\"4339\">\n<p data-start=\"4249\" data-end=\"4339\">Entrepreneurs make purchases at their own risk after reviewing the product descriptions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4340\" data-end=\"4474\">\n<p data-start=\"4343\" data-end=\"4474\">The Seller is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages suffered by the Entrepreneur, subject to mandatory provisions of law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"4476\" data-end=\"4479\" \/>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"4481\" data-end=\"4515\"><strong>11. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol data-start=\"4517\" data-end=\"6622\">\n<li data-start=\"4517\" data-end=\"4840\">\n<p data-start=\"4520\" data-end=\"4643\">The Seller shall not be liable for lack of access to the Platform for reasons beyond their control, in particular due to:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"4647\" data-end=\"4840\">\n<li data-start=\"4647\" data-end=\"4698\">\n<p data-start=\"4650\" data-end=\"4698\">technical issues or failures of the IT system;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4702\" data-end=\"4752\">\n<p data-start=\"4705\" data-end=\"4752\">malfunction of the Buyer\u2019s device or browser;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4756\" data-end=\"4803\">\n<p data-start=\"4759\" data-end=\"4803\">errors, disruptions, or network overloads;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4807\" data-end=\"4840\">\n<p data-start=\"4810\" data-end=\"4840\">computer viruses or malware.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4841\" data-end=\"5038\">\n<p data-start=\"4844\" data-end=\"5038\">The Seller may temporarily block or suspend access to the Platform to remove failures, threats, or other irregularities. The limitation of liability referred to in point 1 applies accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5039\" data-end=\"5369\">\n<p data-start=\"5042\" data-end=\"5191\">The Seller shall not be liable for consequences arising from the Buyer\u2019s use of the Platform in violation of these Terms and Conditions, including:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"5195\" data-end=\"5369\">\n<li data-start=\"5195\" data-end=\"5284\">\n<p data-start=\"5198\" data-end=\"5284\">actions of third parties resulting from the Buyer\u2019s disclosure of login credentials;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5288\" data-end=\"5369\">\n<p data-start=\"5291\" data-end=\"5369\">damages arising from providing false information or making false statements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5370\" data-end=\"5642\">\n<p data-start=\"5373\" data-end=\"5642\">In relations with Entrepreneurs, the Seller is not liable for damages or delays occurring during transport of the Goods by carriers. For Consumers, the Seller\u2019s liability continues until the Goods are handed over to the Consumer or the carrier chosen by the Consumer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5643\" data-end=\"5804\">\n<p data-start=\"5646\" data-end=\"5804\">The Seller\u2019s liability for the Goods is limited to the proper transmission of data necessary for the performance of the Agreement and delivery of the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5805\" data-end=\"6173\">\n<p data-start=\"5808\" data-end=\"5855\">The Buyer, in particular, is responsible for:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"5859\" data-end=\"6173\">\n<li data-start=\"5859\" data-end=\"5948\">\n<p data-start=\"5862\" data-end=\"5948\">lawful and proper use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5952\" data-end=\"6060\">\n<p data-start=\"5955\" data-end=\"6060\">providing true and complete data during Account registration, Order placement, or Agreement conclusion;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6064\" data-end=\"6173\">\n<p data-start=\"6067\" data-end=\"6173\">damages caused to third parties resulting from improper use of the purchased Goods or breach of the law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6174\" data-end=\"6462\">\n<p data-start=\"6177\" data-end=\"6462\">In relations with Entrepreneurs, the Seller is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages related to the use of the Platform, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Seller. For Consumers, such limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6463\" data-end=\"6622\">\n<p data-start=\"6466\" data-end=\"6622\">The above limitations do not exclude the Seller\u2019s liability towards Consumers in cases where such exclusion would be contrary to mandatory legal provisions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"6624\" data-end=\"6627\" \/>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"6629\" data-end=\"6664\"><strong>12. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"6666\" data-end=\"6690\">1. SCOPE AND SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"7965\" data-end=\"8652\">\n<li data-start=\"7965\" data-end=\"8495\">\n<p data-start=\"7968\" data-end=\"8074\">For the purpose of fulfilling sales agreements, the following Personal Data are collected and processed:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"8078\" data-end=\"8495\">\n<li data-start=\"8078\" data-end=\"8100\">\n<p data-start=\"8080\" data-end=\"8100\">Buyer\u2019s full name,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8104\" data-end=\"8116\">\n<p data-start=\"8106\" data-end=\"8116\">address,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8120\" data-end=\"8160\">\n<p data-start=\"8122\" data-end=\"8160\">contact details (telephone, e-mail),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8164\" data-end=\"8234\">\n<p data-start=\"8166\" data-end=\"8234\">for sole proprietors \u2013 company name, NIP, REGON, business address,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8238\" data-end=\"8293\">\n<p data-start=\"8240\" data-end=\"8293\">Account data \u2013 login, identifier, activity history,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8297\" data-end=\"8334\">\n<p data-start=\"8299\" data-end=\"8334\">delivery data \u2013 delivery address,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8338\" data-end=\"8411\">\n<p data-start=\"8340\" data-end=\"8411\">payment data to the extent necessary for processing and verification,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8415\" data-end=\"8495\">\n<p data-start=\"8417\" data-end=\"8495\">technical data (IP address, device identifiers, system logs, activity data).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8496\" data-end=\"8652\">\n<p data-start=\"8499\" data-end=\"8652\">The source of the data is the Buyer, and, in the case of technical data, also the Buyer\u2019s activity automatically recorded by the Controller\u2019s IT systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"8654\" data-end=\"8657\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"8659\" data-end=\"8695\">4. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8697\" data-end=\"8733\">Personal Data may be disclosed to:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"8734\" data-end=\"8998\">\n<li data-start=\"8734\" data-end=\"8768\">\n<p data-start=\"8737\" data-end=\"8768\">IT\/hosting service providers,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8769\" data-end=\"8827\">\n<p data-start=\"8772\" data-end=\"8827\">payment operators, banks, and financial institutions,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8828\" data-end=\"8855\">\n<p data-start=\"8831\" data-end=\"8855\">carriers and couriers,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8856\" data-end=\"8908\">\n<p data-start=\"8859\" data-end=\"8908\">accounting firms, legal advisors, and auditors,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8909\" data-end=\"8959\">\n<p data-start=\"8912\" data-end=\"8959\">analytical and statistical service providers,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"8960\" data-end=\"8998\">\n<p data-start=\"8963\" data-end=\"8998\">other entities authorised by law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"9000\" data-end=\"9080\">If data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate GDPR safeguards shall apply.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"9082\" data-end=\"9085\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"9087\" data-end=\"9107\">5. LEGAL BASIS<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9109\" data-end=\"9161\">Data is processed under the following legal bases:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"9162\" data-end=\"9420\">\n<li data-start=\"9162\" data-end=\"9249\">\n<p data-start=\"9164\" data-end=\"9249\">Article 6(1)(b) GDPR \u2013 for contract performance, order handling, and communication,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"9250\" data-end=\"9314\">\n<p data-start=\"9252\" data-end=\"9314\">Article 6(1)(c) GDPR \u2013 for legal and accounting obligations,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"9315\" data-end=\"9420\">\n<p data-start=\"9317\" data-end=\"9420\">Article 6(1)(f) GDPR \u2013 for legitimate interests such as security, analytics, and enforcement of claims.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"9422\" data-end=\"9514\">Providing true and complete data is necessary for Order placement and Agreement performance.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"9516\" data-end=\"9519\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"9521\" data-end=\"9544\">6. DATA RETENTION<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9546\" data-end=\"9569\">Data is retained for:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"9570\" data-end=\"9984\">\n<li data-start=\"9570\" data-end=\"9683\">\n<p data-start=\"9573\" data-end=\"9683\">Account-related data \u2013 for the Account\u2019s active period and subsequently for the limitation period of claims,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"9684\" data-end=\"9738\">\n<p data-start=\"9687\" data-end=\"9738\">Payment and accounting data \u2013 as required by law,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"9739\" data-end=\"9822\">\n<p data-start=\"9742\" data-end=\"9822\">Claims-related data \u2013 until conclusion of proceedings or limitation of claims,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"9823\" data-end=\"9887\">\n<p data-start=\"9826\" data-end=\"9887\">Data processed under consent \u2013 until withdrawal of consent,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"9888\" data-end=\"9984\">\n<p data-start=\"9891\" data-end=\"9984\">Technical and analytical data \u2013 for as long as necessary for Platform security and operation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"9986\" data-end=\"9989\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"9991\" data-end=\"10014\">7. BUYER\u2019S RIGHTS<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10016\" data-end=\"10045\">The Buyer has the right to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"10046\" data-end=\"10240\">\n<li data-start=\"10046\" data-end=\"10108\">\n<p data-start=\"10048\" data-end=\"10108\">access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer their data;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"10109\" data-end=\"10164\">\n<p data-start=\"10111\" data-end=\"10164\">object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"10165\" data-end=\"10240\">\n<p data-start=\"10167\" data-end=\"10240\">withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"10242\" data-end=\"10332\">To exercise these rights, contact the Controller via the e-mail indicated in \u00a712(1)(2)(b).<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"10334\" data-end=\"10337\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"10339\" data-end=\"10366\">8. INFORMATION CLAUSE<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"10368\" data-end=\"11000\">\n<li data-start=\"10368\" data-end=\"10469\">\n<p data-start=\"10371\" data-end=\"10469\">Providing Personal Data is voluntary but necessary to place an Order and conclude the Agreement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"10470\" data-end=\"10586\">\n<p data-start=\"10473\" data-end=\"10586\">The Controller does not make automated decisions producing legal effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"10587\" data-end=\"10688\">\n<p data-start=\"10590\" data-end=\"10688\">The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures ensuring data security.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"10689\" data-end=\"10859\">\n<p data-start=\"10692\" data-end=\"10859\">The Buyer has the right to lodge a complaint with the <strong data-start=\"10746\" data-end=\"10805\">President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO)<\/strong> if they believe their data is processed unlawfully.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"10860\" data-end=\"11000\">\n<p data-start=\"10863\" data-end=\"11000\">The Controller reserves the right to amend this section; significant changes will be communicated in advance, via the Platform or e-mail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"11002\" data-end=\"11005\" \/>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"11007\" data-end=\"11033\"><strong>13. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol data-start=\"11035\" data-end=\"11754\">\n<li data-start=\"11035\" data-end=\"11244\">\n<p data-start=\"11038\" data-end=\"11244\">The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, particularly concerning the rules for placing Orders.
