PRIVACY POLICY

This document, constituting an attachment to the regulations of Stock-Hurt sc operating at Podporucznika Mieczysława Majdzika 13, 32-050 Skawina, defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of customers.

The protection of user privacy is extremely important for Stock-Hurt sc and we want each of our clients to know how we process them. Therefore, we have prepared a Privacy Policy that describes how to protect and process personal data.

We collect data only when provided to us by the user himself to perform the contract, when creating a customer account or as part of establishing contact with the customer.

After the completion of the contract, these data are stored for the period of time specified by the provisions of tax and commercial law, and after that time they are removed from our database.

The User may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the appropriate link provided in the Newsletter or by sending a message with the appropriate content to our address. After submitting the cancellation of the Newsletter, the user's e-mail address will be immediately removed from our database.

According to Art. 13 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016), I inform that:

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

  • the DPD or ET Logistik transport company entrusted with the delivery, insofar as they are required for the delivery.

The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and the entity providing the e-mail marketing service for Stock-Hurt s.c. and entities providing IT services.

We store the collected and entrusted personal data in the European Economic Area ("EEA") and will not be sent to third countries (outside this area).

4. THE CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS IN THE FIELD OF PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it or limit processing, the right to withdraw consent and the right to transfer data. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office)

5. The Privacy Policy is effective from May 23, 2018.

In the future, it may be necessary to update the Privacy Policy. Its latest version will always be available on our website. We will inform you about any change in the content of the Privacy Policy, e.g. about changes to the purpose for which we use your personal data or your rights and the contact details of the Data Protection Officer.
